Donation Process

When you donate online to  Mercy Foundation, we will acknowledge your contribution by emailing a receipt and mailing a printed receipt along with our project booklet. Occasionally, we include a Dua Book with the postal receipt and information about upcoming events.

Project Item Details

We strive to ensure accuracy in all details, descriptions, and prices of donation items on our website. However, we reserve the right to reject donations if there is an error in item information, including mis-published prices or promotions.

Refund and Donation Modification Policy

Donors have a 28-day no-questions-asked refund policy from the donation date. Refund requests beyond this period may require additional inquiry. For monthly direct debit donors, we’re happy to assist with project changes.

Refund Process

Full donation refunds are processed within 28 days. Refunds may not be in the original payment form. We require donors’ identification (e.g., driving license or passport) and bank details for refunds.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or non-compliance with our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This does not infringe your statutory rights.

Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Both donors and Mercy Foundation agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The charity is registered in the UK with the number 1125599.
